On a bulk diet here's what mine basic day looks like
4:30am-2 scoop Allmax shake =54 grams
6:00ish- 8 eggs, 2 turkey bacon=54g
8:30- 2 scoop shake, cliff bar-64g
11:00- 8oz chicken breast- 60g
2:00-1/2cup cottage cheese, 3 hard boiled eggs,-40g
3:30- 8oz chicken-60g
6:30ish-postWO myogenix-34g
8:00- steak, or chicken- 60 g
Totals out to 420 ish ....Naturally this varies some but this is a quick run down and fairly accurate to my last tren/test bulk cycle; also during colder weather.
On a normal day maybe 1 shake per day, 5-6oz chicken at meals, 6 eggs in morning.
True i dont live on it day to day, only for a cycle (8-16wks). The op asked what was our intake for our optimal muscle growth. I use a diet I downloaded from Scivation when I'm tryn to keep it strict. My day to day is probably around 200-250 grams
.8g/lb of actual body weight if clean...anywhere from 1.25g-2g/lb of actual body weight if on gear....the body can only synthesize so much protein natty, which is the biggest benefit of using anabolics, the increase in protein synthesis

That looks pretty damn good to me, except you need to add protein pancakes. Who doesn't like pancakes?

That was just a quick run down of protein brother... We do pancakes, bars, oatmeal, my wife has some lil recipes for all these we(she) makes for us. I'll have to throw the recipes up later on. How you make yours bro? Already got a great yogurt mix from you the lil women and myself are liking.

Grade B maple syrup. None of them Jemima or Mrs. Buttersworth bitches. The HFCS artificial syrup is just YUCK.
1.5-2 grams for us. .5-1 grams for the average population
damn i'd he happy just to get 200g per day..
