I don't about you all but there are certain lifts You mentally prepare yourself for, then there are those that I always get more naturally Pumped/excited to perform...
What about you guys...What lift do you flat out get pumped to do?
The deadlift. It makes me feel primal and angry as fuck. I have a "deadlift face" and it's not pretty. I'm also not one to make sounds when lifting, but I always end up screaming or something. Makes me feel like I'm in some kind of war movie or something!
^^hahahhaahahha! i feel ya man! fucking get super pumped thinking about deadlifts!!! i will think about it on and off all day on the day i no im doing them! then when done go home and tell my wife how it was jst so i can brag a little lol but she dnt give 2 shits!
I currently like bb rows, close grip pull ups and DB inclines.
I LOVE Dumbbell Chest press! Nothing better than throwing up two 130s to me, feels so damn good.... and such a rush, can't wait to see 150s one day 🙂
Squats. I hate them, I feel winded and sometimes sick doing them, but I see more benefit from them than any other activity.
