Can't live without my protein pancakes. My wife hates my diet, I smash a pile of pancakes and she gets some hamburger that isn't even made out of meat!

I julst mix one scoop protein into my pancake mix. 3 servings per scoop. If they come out to flat use the "extra fluffy" mix. Add a good omelette to the meal and your g2g.
