I need ideas! Oatmeal, bagels, rice, sweet potato, and veggies is getting old quick. I'm shooting for 600g of cabs minimum. Some days I can only stomach 500g, others more. Just needing some new things to chew on...

Waxy maize destroys my gut. You can always add fruits, quinona, pasta, flavored rices like Rice a Roni just watch the sodium. There's a lot of options.
Make caramel and pour it over things you eat. Honey on your food also works nicely. Hell, just add sugar to your food and maybe even add a juice/soda with your lunch.
When you're putting down 2400 calories worth of carbs, every little helps.
^^^ Pasta's are great, English muffins or dry toast instead of bagels, different recipes for what your already eating are crucial, at least for me. Perhaps trying steel cut oats rather then regular oats as well.... Rice chMaha Pharma are a fairly decent snack.
