Squats. Really enjoying 2 leg days per 5 day rotation.
It's gettin' crazy today, boys. Double session: Morning-Hamstrings, Afternoon-upper back.
Deadlifts all day
Quads: squats, legs press, extensions.
Shoulders as well. Quads tomorrow.
Saturday is always a cardio day for me. 30 mile bike ride.
Today for me was a back day. Bent over barbell rows, weighted pullups, and t bar rows. Love lifting back

I think from an evolutionary standpoint, this makes perfect sense
