Yes, it has a great name. The question is: who's tried it (or knows someone who has?). It'd be great to see some experiences or opinions on how it works, as well as who it's best for. I trained on it for a year. I liked it.

I just started week 5 of it. I made sure I read all the information out there from Dante over and over and over again to make sure
i was doing it right. I did BossHogg Routine for a few years and had some great gains and really got my strength way up, especially squat and dead lift. I needed more though and was getting bored with the bosshogg routine, but I feel it got me ready for DC.

The thing I love about DC so far is there is so much variety each day and the leg part of the program is sick. Anyways I think I am getting too strong for my gym now, the heaviest dumbbells they have is 120 and I blew through those Monday on incline!! 20 RP :winkfinger:

Glad to see Anabolic is a DC'er. Hope you don't mind if I hit you up if any questions come around.

Man Anabolic, I didnt know U were a DC'er. I have been for abt five years too. A friend in the gym that Ive known for years introduced DC to me, had been seeing me train five days a week for years and said once I started DC, training five days wouldnt make since any longer. Well, he was right! I am light years away from personal best and gains than I was training 5 days per week!! As Pin said, I am limited to which gyms I go to because db are to light, warming up with there heaviest. LOL. Body responds well to DC, stretching portions really do the job to prepare U for future growth and believe me, done right, having a day in between to recover IS DEF NEEDED!! Glad to see I have some DC Bros out here!!

I tried it from mid bulk and then leading into a contest. I was a different experience but it wrecked havoc on my joints. The power was there and it felt like I was able to develop some explosiveness but I more old school though. Has anyone else experience sore joints from dct?

Well Ive experienced joint pain in all different programs Ive tried. When my joints began to get sore using DC normally was around the time of my recovery week which worked out perfectly. By the time of my next blast I was gTg!

This is dead on correct. DC has periods of blasting then cruising designed into it, you just have to figure out when to take the cruise. For me it is joints getting sore, feeling of lethargy and starting to feel like I am getting a cold. As soon as i feel these symptoms, I start my cruise. I used to try to push through another week or so, not now as it is not worth it.

I need to remember this. I think this is what I was going through during my first blast. Thanks for the great advice as always Brother...

Youre welcome, and yes I do believe that is what happened to you as well. But its something you have to learn on your own really, and you did that.
